Every guest you check in on DigiGo can be filled straight into the Harsamay Entry of Customers wizard: all four steps, plus the ID document upload. Your front desk reviews the finished form and submits it. No retyping, no second data entry, no shared logins.
KYC is captured once at check-in. Name, address, ID number and the ID document itself are already on the record, so nothing is collected twice.
Pick the guest from the DigiGo side panel. All four wizard steps are filled in order and the ID proof is uploaded into the portal for you.
DigiGo stops at the completed form. Staff check it against the guest and press Submit themselves, so a person signs off every police record.
Hotels in Haryana are required to register their guests with the police through the Harsamay portal. The details are the ones you already collected at check-in, so the work is pure duplication: four wizard steps and a document upload, per guest, typed by hand at the busiest moment of the day. It is the kind of task that gets postponed to the end of a shift and then done from memory.
Filing foreign guests too? Form C goes to the FRRO automatically
Everything you need, built right in.
Aadhaar, driving licence or passport KYC captured at check-in becomes the guest entry. Nobody reads a document twice.
The portal will not advance past step 3 without an ID proof attached. DigiGo renders the guest document to an accepted format and uploads it inside the portal modal.
The engine fills and stops. Submit is always a human action, because the entry is a declaration by the hotel and someone should read it first.
The portal lists police jurisdictions while an ID carries revenue districts. Where the two cannot be matched with certainty, DigiGo pauses for staff rather than filing a wrong district.
Filling happens in your own browser, in the portal session you are already signed in to. Credentials are never sent to DigiGo or stored anywhere.
The side panel lists confirmed check-ins waiting to be registered, filtered by date, and flags any guest whose record is missing a field the portal requires.
DigiGo reads the portal rules for each field and skips a value the portal would reject, instead of leaving a red error that silently blocks the next step.
Confirm a submission and the guest leaves the queue, so the front desk always sees what is genuinely outstanding.
