Every guest you check in on DigiGo can be filled straight into the Rajasthan Police e-Visitor portal: the room details once, then each guest with their ID proof attached. Your front desk reviews the finished entry and submits it. No retyping, no second data entry, no shared logins.
KYC is captured once at check-in. Name, address, ID number, the ID document and the room number are already on the record, so nothing is collected twice.
Tick the guests of a room in the DigiGo side panel. Room details are filled once, then each guest is filled, their ID proof attached, and added to the entry.
DigiGo stops with every guest added. Staff check the entry and press Submit Check-In themselves, or you can switch on auto-submit in settings.
Hotels in Rajasthan report the guests they check in to the police through the e-Visitor portal. The details are the ones you already collected at check-in, so the work is pure duplication: a room block, then a full form and a document upload for every person in the room, typed by hand at the busiest moment of the day. It is the kind of task that gets postponed to the end of a shift and then done from memory.
